Registration is Closed
For 2017, the registration process with go through imATHLETE.
You can register online up through September 115, 2016. As with past events, Day of Registration will be available, but online registration is preferred and less expensive.
TEAM REGISTRATION – Each team of five riders will combine their times and donuts eaten for an overall time. Lowest adjusted time wins! Based upon Feed Back from some of our teams, we are considering a Pro/Semi Pro Team Classification and a Amateur/Fun Cyclist Team Classification. (Trying to break out the teams has been difficult…. Still trying to figure this out…..)
FAMILY / INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION – Register up to 10 individuals / family members. We encourage all to participate. While we do not have a separate category for bikes pulling trailers, you are welcome to join us. You do not need to register anyone who is not pedaling! If you have a traditional bike with a trailer where someone is pedaling, you need to register as an Family / Individual. Only one registration. (These are not considered TANDEM)
TANDEM PAIRS REGISTRATION - We enjoy having our Tandem Pairs each year. In order to be considered Tandem, the bike must be a true tandem bike. Two wheels, two handle bars, two sets of pedals, two seats! Traditional bicycles with a single wheel trailer where someone can ride and pedal is not a tandem bike. If this is you, or you are riding a traditional bike and pulling a trailer, please register under the Family / Individual Registration category.
JUNIOR DIVISION (NEW) – this year we have added a Junior Division to the event. This will consist of a partial race and will be open to the younger age groups who want to participate – but may not be able to ride the full three laps! This will consist of TWO Laps with the chance to eat donuts one time! This will help to facilitate getting the younger riders off the course sooner and provide for a safer overall experience for our participants.
All Prizes are awarded based on “Adjusted Times”. This means that If you just ride the course and are the first to cross the finish line, but you don’t eat any donuts, there is a good chance that you will not be the overall winner of the race. Donut Eating is a critical part of the overall chance to win prizes. With adjusted times being negative for the overall winner in years past, it is something that you need to consider if you are serious about a Podium Finish!
